A wide, deep bowl built for a full serving of pasta, ramen, curry or salad. At 1.1 litres it holds a proper meal, and the low, broad shape keeps noodles and broth where you want them.
The matte black surface is built up with terra sigillata, an ancient burnishing technique that gives clay a soft, low-sheen finish without a heavy glaze.
Every bowl is shaped by hand, so no two are identical. Slight differences in profile, tone and texture are part of the making, not faults.
